📦 1. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time across Saudi Arabia is 3–4 business days, and in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days depending on your location and courier availability.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

After your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s tracking page.

We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the day your product is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed once the product is inspected and approved.

💔 6. My product arrived damaged or defective — what should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

  • Clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

🚫 7. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products like personal care, beauty, and health-related items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customized or clearance items may also not qualify for returns.

Provide your order details and photos of the product received — we’ll quickly arrange for an exchange or issue a refund.

🕵️ 13. My tracking number shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my order. What can I do?

Sometimes, orders are marked as “Delivered” before being physically handed over.
We recommend checking with your neighbors, building security, or family members first.
If the package is still missing, contact us immediately — we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it promptly.
